	Hmm.  xvmixer seems to query the driver for what devices are
installed.  It gives the same list as the snd-util-2.5 version of mixer.
The thing is, it doesn't detect anything other than synth, pcm, line, and
mic.  This is for a GUS MAX.

	Do you have a GUS, or some other card?
