I think I asked this several weeks ago, but never got an answer...

Is there a way to set up an account such that it can be su'ed to
but not logged in under (sort of like lacking "secure" does for
root, but by any means). I would like to be able to set up some
psuedo users for some specific projects, but still force people to
log in as themsevles so I can really see who is on.
