I have most of the CD's and I think as far back as 0.9 or 0.8 on floppies.
I'm still looking for a 1.0R CD   :-(

You should be able to find most of the recent releases -- perhaps as far
back as 1.1.5.1R -- on some of the mirrors, etc.  I was planning on putting
the whole collection online once I located a 1.0R CD but that's been
a bit elusive (actually, I've been distracted by other things).  Email
me with a subject line I'll recognize...
