	Done that.

Still the same problem. The image is 1,474,567 and the disk is
1,45?,??? (Can't rememeber exactly). When I do boot the disk, I get the
FreeBSD header, it tried to boot kernel, and says it can't find it. Thats
alot more than I expected since it didn't write the entire .flp to the
disk.

I looked around, and EVERY image is 1,474,567 . Logic dictates
to me that everyone should experience the same problem. But they don't.
I've formatted the disk a few times, there are NO bad parts to it. When
you format a floppy, what is the final byte count?
