	Interesting.  Like I mentioned, it works fine under every
other operating system I've tried, which is why I'm asking here.

	I'll yank this POS SB 32 PnP card and try it at irq 5.
Unfortunately, I can't get the damn thing to stay at irq 10 under
FreeBSD.  Maybe that could be a solution.  I'll try using the
modem at IRQ 9 and see if it works.  At that point, I'm not sure
which way to turn.  Any thoughts?  Thanks for the response.
