(picking up an old thread which just poked me in the butt again)

Add smbd (samba) to the list --- I just had to kill it and restart it
manually so that it would pick up enough process resources to let me
print from my PC. I tried to add setusercontext to it, but it started
complaining about having a trapdoor uid/gid and I don't have time at
the moment to figure out all the weird uid stuff they're doing (become
this, unbecome that, etc), since the workaround is pretty easy.

The default and root classes have plenty of processes, so something isn't
getting setup properly for things that are started out of rc.
