To quote from the O'Reilly edition of SMM: SMM: 15, 16 1nd 17 are copyright 1979, AT&T Bell Laboratories Incorporated. Document SMM: 14 is a modification of an earlier document that is copyrighted 1979 by AT&T Bell Laboratories Incorporated... You can get them all in the printed version, but it's not worth the trouble. They're pretty out-of-date. Greg
