     mount /dev/fd0 /

I was surprised when the above command rebooted my machine.  Is this
correct behavior?  This is on 3.0-971208-SNAP BTW.

I'd missed a char and meant to specify "/a" for the mount point.  Shouldn't
the above command just fail since / is already mounted?
