You sure you have the right shoe on your right foot?

Why would one wish to use export-strength encryption if one has 
non-exportable strength encryption already? :-)

Played with the 4.0.x stuff a bit. Decided I liked my US-strength 
native FreeBSD Netscape 3.01 best.
