Oh, I don't know. Take a look at the source files for the web site. Most
of those conform to the HTML DTD, but they still have a .sgml extension.

Could you take a look <URL:http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=5848>;
which is one mechanism to work around this problem. It's not pretty (in
particular, spawning a copy of Perl for each file to convert is not too
friendly) but it works.

Better suggestions appreciated.
