Correct.  See http://www.lemis.com/vinum.html for more details of
vinum.  It will allow expansion of concatenated plexes, but I
currently don't have any plans for direct reorganization of striped
and RAID5 plexes.  The feature is somewhat limited, since ufs
currently doesn't allow expansion.
