I have installed version 2.2.6 on a sys. w/ Win 95, one hard drive dedicated to fbsd. I want to be able to mount the DOS partition. But during install, I did not label that partition with an "m". I have a couple of questions about this. 1) Is it necessary to label the DOS partition "mountable" as with an m? 2) If I go back with /stand/sysinstall and use disklabel, & label that partition with an m will it do any damage to my installation or that hard drive/data on which Win 95 resides? Thanks again in advance, and thanks again for all the helpful input on editing my kernel. You all are way underpaid. ;o) Jeff Rogers jlr@soltec.net To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
