ioctl(2) is a driver function, so you'll find the descriptions in the
driver man page--maybe. Some are not well documented. If you can't
find it there, the next place is in the header files, which will at
least carry the names of the ioctls and possibly a brief description.
If that doesn't help, you'll have to UTSL.
