Just one more data point.  fxtv and its video capture has worked
fine here since -CURRENT approximately Oct 1998.

What has NOT worked is video+audio capture with the pcm driver.
audio capture alone works.  I discovered this a few weeks ago
but haven't opened a PR yet.  I believe it is an anomoly with
the Vibra16X chipset.
