Yes I know it needs more content. As I mentioned it was just a
proof of concept.
Just as to get feedback on the design (or lack of it<G>).
My main concern is who is the target audience? Should this be
for New users or as a reference for those who have gone beyond
the basics? Another way to put it is do we need descriptions
like those I tried to write.

I like the idea except that until someone can suggest a good way
to prevent false votes it is not of much use. Take for example
what happened with Distributed net recently. Someone falsified
stats just "to proof it could be done and that they lacked
proper security".
