Should this be for New users or as a reference for those who have gone beyond the basics? I like the idea except that until someone can suggest a good way to prevent false votes it is not of much use. Take for example what happened with Distributed net recently. Someone falsified stats just "to proof it could be done and that they lacked proper security".
