It would be. But I meant the following optional RUN_DEPENDS. :)

RUN_DEPENDS=	autoconf:${PORTSDIR}/devel/autoconf \
		automake:${PORTSDIR}/devel/automake \
		kdbg:${PORTSDIR}/devel/kdbg \
		ktranslator:${PORTSDIR}/devel/ktranslator \
		glimpse:${PORTSDIR}/textproc/glimpse \
		a2ps:${PORTSDIR}/print/a2ps43-letter

I've forgotten to say at all that you must set LIB_DEPENDS to x11/kdelibs11.
