Sounds like a regular "sig 11" problem. It probably means one of:

	1) Your processor is overheating. We had a dual PIII 600
which came with fans which weren't up to the job and them
machine would lock up after a few minutes.

	2) Your motherboard is sick. We had a motherboard which
was causing every 8th byte of a 4k page to be corrupted
once every few weeks. The new version of the MB had added
a heat sync to the memory controler, and works perfectly.

	3) Your memory is sick. Don't trust the BIOS test - I've
seen SIMMs pass the BIOS test that have a blob of solder
stuck across a few pins on the ram chips.

The only way to find out is to swap parts until the machine becomes
stable.

	David.
