The Apache port system appears to be in the middle of changing over to a
system like this. Install the base apache port, then install mod ports
to your heart's content. The PHP mod ports are already golden, but SSL
and FP seem to be lagging behind somewhat. The link above has SSL and FP
mod ports included, however, as put together by Scot Hetzel (thanks
Scot!).
