Ok ok :)

Let me resync my ports tree, and I'll go do another megacommit
later on today, changing it to pre-patch.

Note that eventually this rule will go in as part of a USE_GNOME
rule, which will make it even easier.

Jeremy?  Are we ready to roll with that stuff?
