What is the reason you did vanish my recent mdoc(7) fixes?

.Nm remembers its first invokation argument, and it is now possible
to write ``.Nm ,'' and have ``vinum,''.  Also, there is no point to
reference the manpage from itself, i.e. ``s/Xr vinum 8/Nm/''.  Also
you abuse the .Nm macro for internal vinum commands; these commands
should be written using `.Ic'.
