If you want to have a look around, just use rsync rsync://ftp-master/FreeBSD/where/ever/ and it will give you a directory listing. You can use this if you want to start with some specific parts. I recommend: releases/i386/4.3-RELEASE/ (225MB) releases/alpha/4.3-RELEASE/ (182MB) ports/i386/packages-4.3-release/ (3.8G) (ports/alpha/packages-4.3-release is there, but broken. symlinks got copied as duplicate files somehow. :-( ) This will relieve some pressure of the usw*.freebsd.org machines, which have saturated their available bandwidth.
