Why .9 (``FreeBSD Kernel Developer's Manual'')?  What does this have
to do with the kernel?  Perhaps .7 (``FreeBSD Miscellaneous
Information Manual'') would be more appropriate.  Other than that
minor detail, I think it's a great idea!
