Yes just add
        pccard_mem="0xdc000"
to your /etc/rc.conf and reboot.

Works on my a21p with Mini-PCI card.  Also I recall Warner commiting a
driver that goes around looking for expansion ROMs and reserves those
address ranges.  Don't know if it is in -stable yet.
