Matt's post indicated that I shouldn't really be cluttering this list with my samba problems... so this will be the last PUBLIC (prepare for an onslaught of private messages ;) ) post regarding this problem. Here are the answers you wanted... my win98se machine gives me the following error: \\(hostname)\(share name) The network name cannot be found and yes...
