If you're tired of Windows crashing you sure can!

Or you can have Windows on 1 drive or partition and FreeBSD on the other
(Like I must, my wife must use MS Office). And unfortunately, MS has
the best browser out there (IE5.5) which runs only on windows, another
reason you may want to keep a Windows partition around.
