If you're talking about a driver for running Xfree86, their drivers are
OS-neutral, so you can simply copy the *_drv.o file into
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers on your FreeBSD box, edit your
XF86Config file, and be done.

If you're talking about something else, then no, you probably can't use
it.
