Looks like the card is unknown to the driver.  If you feel like doing
a bit of driver-coding, you might be able to extract information
from whatever software you were using with Linux and update the bktr
driver.

A long shot could be to try to override automatic detection and
see if the ATI card resembles any of the supported ones.  Thus:

 # sysctl hw.bt848.card=1     [ for 1, 2, ... 13, see bktr(4) ]

And try running fxtv for each one.
