No.  I assume people who build things from a port are possibly
going to debug source code.  People who want debug-free
binaries should use the packages.  But I won't force that on
them.  Not to mention that with the debugging code, they'll be
able to send me more useful backtraces.
It's not my fault that ports sucks for notifying users of special
options in particular ports.
