Synopsis: New port: Courier-MTA SMTP IMAP POP3 HTTP mail server suite

State-Changed-Why:
Please take a look at http://people.freebsd.org/~dwhite/courier-port.tar.gz
and make sure I haven't comprimised it too much :-)

It does pass portlint save for warnings about paths that are OK. I had
to hack down the pkg-descr to the 24-line limit.
