This commit announces the first buildable mfsroot.flp.

Now, the dokern.sh file is not available in libh's repository, and the
builder is expected to fetch it from its own system.

Anyways, I've never been able to build a working kern.flp with these
makefiles, so if one wants to test this, one is better to fetch a
kern.flp from a make release (either the ftp servers or make release in
/usr/src will do).=20

The kern.flp should load the mfsroot just fine.=20

Just type make mfsroot.flp to build that floppy.

A copy of that floppy is available at:

http://www.tao.ca/~anarcat/mfsroot.flp

for testing. I don't have a working floppy drive here, so if anyone
could test this, I would be glad.

Please be aware that this is not even beta code yet, so don't bet your
life on it, no warranty, etc etc.
