I'm almost done with bin.  I have a emacs macro to help me with __P()
and have been doing the prototyping by hand, but it dawned on my that
protoize may be the right tool here, so I'll be playing with that when
I start up again.  /bin/sh is the only thing I have left.  Patches to
be posted today or tomorrow.
