Yes, I've updated the CHECKSUMS.MD5 files with this information.
I've also been in the process of updating various READMEs and such :
[ftp-master] /pub/FreeBSD/releases/alpha/ISO-IMAGES> cat CHECKSUM.MD5
MD5 (5.0-DP1-disc2.iso) = 2f0af67ec11660ecfc00929b6860b9bd
MD5 (5.0-DP1-install.iso) = 2b58ab15821d732bc5739d8427728645
