I noticed this on a 4.6-RC box here as well, and it's causing me 
problems because the milter for spamassassin needs those files to 
build.

I posted this on -Questions, and someone suggested I could just copy 
the files to the lib directory, but I don't know if there are other 
steps that normally happen during the install of those files.
