You deserve a big thanks for maintaining this out of the tree for something like 3 years. That's a totally amazing commitment. BTW, I hope to have a new Myrinet/GM-2 snapshot out in a few weeks which does IP header splitting in the firmware & takes advantage of the infrastructure now available in -current.
