Found it, thanks.  However, it looks like it's only for Windows and
Solaris, at the moment.  The source needed to do a port are marked.

For the list:
Is there, perchance, a FreeBSD port of this Comm API?  I didn't see one
in the ports tree, but maybe there's one out there somewhere?
