Connected to my desktop, I have a logitec iTouch internet keyboard and an optiocal logitech mouse with a wheel and four buttons -- left, right, middle click on wheel and one of the thumb. My two issues are: 1- I can get neither the side button nor the wheel to work at all on the mouse. 2- I would like to know if it is possible to map some of the ``extra'' keys on the keyboard to something usefull. Following is some informnation that may help you in pointing me i the right direction: FreeBSD anubis.neverness.org 4.6-STABLE FreeBSD 4.6-STABLE #0: Sat Aug 31 10:30:51 BST 2002 root@anubis.neverness.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/Anubis-snd.kernel i386 moused -p /dev/psm0 -t auto Section "InputDevice" Identifier "Keyboard0" Driver "keyboard" Option "XkbRules" "xfree86" Option "XkbModel" "itouch" Option "XkbLayout" "gb" EndSection Section "InputDevice" Identifier "Mouse0" Driver "mouse" Option "Protocol" "MouseSystems" Option "Device" "/dev/sysmouse" Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" EndSection -- yann@kierun.org -=*=- www.kierun.org PGP: www.kierun.org/pgp/key-kierun PGP: 009D 7287 C4A7 FD4F 1680 06E4 F751 7006 9DE2 6318 IRC: nick kierun, server spod.uk.amiganet.org, channel #sanctus To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
