Most of the utilities in the base system aren't easy to translate yet.
The only ones that I know of that would be easy to translate are nvi, tcsh,
and ee.

I've been thinking about implementing a GNU/Solaris style gettext() library
and converting the utilities to use that but haven't had the time or energy
to do it yet.
