Another possibility is that they deliberately don't allocate a reverse address in order to stop him from sending mail directly; if they relay via their mail server (which appears to be mail.steelcityhosting.com, 66.45.117.3). Looking at the name of the sender, I'm sure this one is not bona fide, and I didn't really send the message. Most of my double bounces come from spammers.
