Free thinkers, bah.
They all got shot at Attica.

Handy for, errmm labeling things.

In the limit ? If you are going to discuss things, use language morons
like me understand.

Bollocks. It is the nature of humans to do as little as possible.

That level being ?
George Bush ?
Napalming babies ?
Bringing the world to the edge of a hideous war (see George Bush above).
Telling other countries not to have any of those naughty weapons, while
possessing tons of them itself.
A country that publicly electrocutes people ?

You know even in Europe we worry about fundamentalism.
But Europeans, in general, with the exception of the British Government,
despise America. It is so fond of itself, so sure it is right.
Interferes at every possible opportunity. Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia,
Panama, Grenada...CIA involvement in bringing down goverments...

And how can a country, so full of intelligence, lie to itself about
itself ?
How can the fiasco that brought George Bush to power occur in any
so-called civilised country ? And all the fuss about Clinton's lies
about his sex life, so you replace a man with an idiot.

Actually Clinton once told a bigger lie, America *did* invent the
transistor. It *did not* invent the digital computer.

Strangely enough I had a discussion with my 15 year old son about this
very topic the other day.
You see this fallacy, is easily disproved.
Stand outside my front door and let me drop a brick on your head.
The pain may not be "objective", but it will hurt non the less.

You both, if you are a both, or maybe this is "The Fight Club" ? Should
study some Mayhajana Buddhism, particularly on the subject of relative
and absolute reality.

When I was a parasitic drug-crazed hippy student, I used to thumb rides
all the time.
I seemed to attract people determined to convert me to Christianity.
They believed that a carpenter, born to a virgin, with delusions that he
was the son of God, explained the whole caboodle. Needless to say, at 18
I was not buying this trip. I rather spent my time in the University
library working out how I could synthesise various illegal substances
(Unsuccessfully I may add). My University had a huge library, but,
although a Science student, all references to the synthesising of LSD
had been removed.

I gave this matter some thought at the time.
Just after stealing a Herman Hesse book from the campus bookshop, it was
a political act you understand. Anyway I decided then, as I believe now,
that no society should be allowed to stop me from damaging myself. A
society has a duty to stop me from damaging others.

This is why a country like The USA is the most arse-facing society of
all. While banning people from taking drugs, it creates a crime culture.
This culture being heavily stimulated by the NRA, moronic untalented
actors like .. I have forgotten his name .. Charlton Heston, who can
never be accused of making a good film, who promote a gun culture.
Yes and we all know the author of "fetchmail" supports this as well, I
believe he even said once that everybody "ought to be obliged to carry a
gun".

I live in Holland.
The police guns go rusty from under-use.
I know of no-one who owns a gun.
Gun-crime is almost unheard of.
Guns were designed with a single purpose in mind.
To kill.
Heisenberg's uncertainty principle does not apply here.
When that bullet enters my body.
I know damn well where it is.

This of course is all irrelevant to the discussion here.
But since that discussion is about as useful as trying to teach a dead
mouse how to play Macbeth *convincingly* I claim the right to join the
fruitcakes :)

Prove it :)
