What do you mean unauthorized?  I was in FreeBSD KDE team since
the end of 2000, and nobody informed me I am excluded.

Next, please explain what problems do you have with that commit.
I see only a demonstration of (actually unexistent) power here.

If there were problems with that change, I'd back it out by myself
with pleasure.
