Will the initial bsd.autools.mk commit be made by then.  I have a
further "shouldn't change anything but needs testing" patch beyond what
is effectively the initial repo-copy to bsd.autotools.mk that I'd like
to get on a couple of 4-exp runs before concentrating on migrating
ports.
