Ummm... My local copy of /sys/kern/sched_ule.c _is_ rev. 1.104:

And the patch does apply cleanly too. I just cvsup'ed and checked and
double-checked it. Could you have changed something in your local copy
of the file? FWIW I've uploaded the (exact same) diff output to
ftp://noth.ceid.upatras.gr/pub/FreeBSD/patches/sched_ule+P_NOLOAD.patch.gz
to avoid littering the list again...
