Sorry, it does suffer the same problem.  I've got an nVidia 5700
that's running the XFree86 nv driver because of this issue.

FWIW, the -E board has a better NIC (Intel based, using em driver) and
the RAID support is great using the Promise PDC20378 SATA150 controller
for FreeBSD.  I use the Intel ICH5R RAID for Windows RAID support.
