This mail:

Anyway, http://people.freebsd.org/~blackend/d.diff is a diff on your
basics/chapter.sgml
Look carefully to differences (with a "configured" Vi or Emacs). The
cleaning is not complete, I only did 10% of the file as example.

The following is also needed as share/sgml/translators.ent

<!--
     The FreeBSD Documentation Project
     The FreeBSD Norwegian Documentation Project

     $FreeBSD$
-->

<!ENTITY a.no.eikli "Aasmund Eikli
  <email></email>">

<!-- Translations -->

<!ENTITY trans.no.eikli
  "<para><emphasis>Norwegian version by &a.no.eikli;.</emphasis></para>">

Of course "Norwegian version by" must be translated and a localized
catalog is also needed, etc.

Marc
