Why FreeBSD 4.7? If you want to stay with 4 try out 4.11 (RC2). For newer=20 Hardware and desktop systems I'd recommend 5.3. Anyhow, have a look in the handbook, there is too few information to help y= ou,=20 you have to read some basics.
