The NetFlex-2 controllers use the TMS380 chip, which will run in token 
ring or ethernet mode depending on firmware and population options.

I've got an old, rather incomplete driver for the token-ring boards that 
could be revived and modified to do ethernet stuff, if you're willing to 
do the work.
