As far I know, only nvidia nforce4 have support for this. But this may=20 get you into problems with lan and disk (SATA). And it's unbuffered ECC ram. So, I think you must choose between an anthlon64 non-ECC unbuffered=20 system or an opteron registered ECC system. I've both running: an asus AV8 Pro system and a tyan tomcat k8s.
