Specifically, flashplayer.xpt & libflashplayer.so do not get placed in /usr/X11R6/share/linux-opera/plugins/

Attempt to portupgrade linux-flashplugin7 to latest

The workaround I did was to simply copy required files to /usr/X11R6/share/linux-opera/plugins/
