yes, it is, without wep works well 

Do you have an active firewall that could be blocking the wireless
interface?

no, I don't have any firewall active


authmode OPEN is the problem, because ifconfig can not set to SHARED automatically or manually !

do you have authmode OPEN and you use a shared key ?
I don't thonk so.
