And stuff that isn't there but should be :) (from time to time)
I'm thinking if we shouldn't impose documenting in PH the new things
that go in bsd.*.mk's files (the things that are supposed to go in
CHANGES). (don't commit if you don't document it in PH or at least
provide a non-doc-book version so more proficient doc people can do it
fast).
